The company has achieved great things during the last years and has amazing partnerships, its revenue shows that has huge expanding rate.

Cons

Horrible manager behaviour was shouting harass and bullying the team members all the time. Broadsides and reviles was a daily routine. 0 workflow management, we gave everything but never was enough I'm happy that I left without injuries. The Configuration centre is next to the warehouse which is fully staffed by Polish people, despite I still love my former colleague's many meetings occurred in Polish and many orders forwarded in Conf centre with comments written in Polish. I've no opinion about the other departments I hope that they have a bit of better luck.

What a terrible experience you must have had. I am sorry that I had not had the chance of addressing this point before this post. As you have said, our business is growing very fast and hence the configuration centre is getting extremely busy of course and that creates a high pressure environment. Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
