The majority of job vacancies are largely created because of the exceptional growth we are experiencing but you are right, we do believe the office is the best place to do your work and to get the best from all our people. Its not that we don't trust our employees when working away from the office, its that we feel our business performs best when teams collaborate in the office. Our results don't lie! Alex

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
