Number 1 distributor, great team feel, sales incentivised, not micro managed, given as much time as you ask for/need, progression likely across business units, management and other forms of sales. Atmosphere fun, CEO and directors so approachable and want nothing but the best.

Cons

Car Parking (Get here early enough you're fine), WFH in comparison to majority of other businesses (Relationships are built in the office in my opinion but this is a con for many others).

Well I am delighted that you see he senior management in that light - but you are right that we are approachable and our office environment encourages such communication. We want work to be fun as well as challenging and of course we want our company and as such every employee to be their very best every day. Our customers and partners notice! We agree that the office is the best place to do your work though and we have improved our car parking arrangements recently. Alex

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
