This is disappointing to read and I am sorry that you did not have the experience at our company that others enjoy. I am particularly worried about your comment on company culture as I spend time ensuring our company's values are important to our people as they represent our brand promise and these in turn are reflected in our culture. If there is anything specific you would like to point out, then please do not hesitate to contact me. The good news is that we have now introduced flexible working into working conditions, dependent upon the job you are doing, with extra holiday (25 days pa) and I am also delighted to say that we have redecorated the office in Theale too. Your bad experience is rare but thank you for voicing it. Alex

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
