Friendly employees, some flexibility, some work from home depending on position. Parking on site, canteen, mental health and well being, discount on in-house purchases and commission.

Cons

Targets need to be met which increase regularly. Skeleton shifts over Christmas period.

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
