not very stressful, got along with the people in my department

Cons

you aren't given what you need to succeed, decisions are passed down from upper management even though they don't understand the effects, you aren't free to do your job the right way, toxic culture from plant management

great people and great bosses

Cons

promotions are ran a little different. you get promoted and then you have to work in that new position for the same pay you were already working at for about 90 days before your pay goes up
