Poor planning.. (wrong &or forgotten parts for assembly) Poor management.. when asked for help it's almost always 'i don't know figure it out'.. Not a flexible schedule as your hours are subject to change on short notice. Fellow employees seem to b mostly first responders that like to talk bad about the people they "help"

great people and great bosses

promotions are ran a little different. you get promoted and then you have to work in that new position for the same pay you were already working at for about 90 days before your pay goes up
