Pros

Overall WAB offers solid benefits, competitive pay, and has a nice Corporate HQ in downtown Phoenix

Cons

Management team is extremely ruthless and gives off a cliquey vibe from the start. If you are "in" with management, then this is a great place to work. If not, expect to drown in work, get little to no development, and ultimately get pushed out because they fire you or work is too miserable for you to handle. Expect a "me-first" leadership, where directors expect you to put in long and grueling hours to hit a deadline, and then will take individual credit for any team successes, but are quick to call you out for any team failures. Management lacks servant leadership and a team-first attitude. Experienced several moments where "leaders" would call active or past employees incompetent and would talk bad about active employees. The competetive pay does not make up for how miserable it is to work here.
