Pros

They offered good benefits, good hours, good fellow employees to work with. They treated the employees well. They offered the employees that were terminated a good severance package.

Cons

The company got bought out by another bank and a lot of employees did not make the acquisition. I was a part of this large layoff. They did offer a good severance package.
