Pros
The pro's to working at Western Alliance Bank are few and far between. You get to work on the 25th floor downtown. Executive Management finally changed some of the toxic IT leadership, but does not have the insight to change out the entire leadership team.
Cons
The management in IT is the worst I have ever had the opportunity to witness. Playing favorites, holding grudges, vindictive behavior by the senior IT leadership is embarrassing. I am considering not even putting the time I worked for Western Alliance Bank on my resume. If you were not part o the Amex Clique then you had no potential for anything positive. Now with the new leadership over IT it is almost worst! From bad decisions to worst decisions this company just cannot make a good decision when it comes to the hiring practice of the IT Department
