Just two things: We’d invite you to talk further with HR or with your manager about your concerns, so we can understand more about what you have observed, and about your own needs and goals. And second, Western Alliance is privileged to have a high level of client satisfaction based almost entirely on the outstanding work of people who thrive in our banking businesses. Clearly this has not been your experience, which we regret.
