Pros

Great benefits package; offices are new and often host fun events. Pockets of great teams and some people.

Cons

Leadership and management are too political and maintain too many sacred cows whether people or projects. You must understand this is not a culture that wants feedback or to hear the reality of a person in their clique or failure of a project - its is a YES-master and growth at all cost attitude or you WILL be managed out. Turnover is extremely high and those motivated to stay often just stick to their lane and keep their head down until an external opportunity presents itself. This dynamic will not suit a truly entrepreneurial / high-tech transformation they want to pursue. I have seen countless times people who should have been fired be given positions of leadership and continue to walk strong, young & senior, fresh talent out the door. Many previous colleagues who left the bank often refer to their experience as an abusive relationship.
