Excelling in People Engagement - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Western Alliance Bank Employee Review

I have worked for Western Alliance Bank for three years and I am still excited to be here. The level of people engagement is AMAZING. My leaders have demonstrated consistently their strong support for me to be successful. For example, the offerings of various professional development programs, such as traditional and reverse mentoring programs. I also appreciate Western Alliance strong focus on early talent programs such as summer internships, iLead rotational program and the Commercial Banking Development Program. I am also very proud of the company’s continued focus on diversity and inclusion. The company has dedicated resources to nine business resource groups, in which I am very active in the African American Business Resource Group (AABRG) and the OWLS BRG. OWLS is a BRG that focuses on multiple generations in the workplace. I truly appreciate the company encouraging me to support the underrepresented communities in which I live and work. I am also very thankful that Western Alliance has a strong interest in the health and wellness of the employees, which is demonstrated through the various wellness programs offered and highly promoted by the Chief Human Resource Officer. Because of this focus, I have experienced personal success in my health and wellness journey.
