Pros
They hire anyone, they train, they fly you out to their terminal, they take care of all expenses during training, I give my DM little trinkets from my travels and he has been keeping me extremely busy, after my 6 months of employment I think I have proven myself to be a reliable driver and now I'm going to be able to go home more often after staying out for 6-8 weeks at a time, I've never lost a load never damaged a load never failed to deliver except after I hit a deer I think I will stay for longer than my one year contract requires.
Cons
Night shift and weekend driver support suck always a skeleton crew, breakdown support will take forever if you're truck isn't burning down, the trucks are ok but the bare minimum not even a plug to keep it warm during your hometime I live in Michigan and my batteries died overnight 13 degrees out.
