Pros
Overall the orientation was great for flatbed. They get you right into a truck less then a week and they are switch all their trucks to automatically, could be a challenge for those who get hired and might go to another company that has manual trucks.
Cons
With no experience you going start off make a little over 200$ a week for 4 weeks with your trainer, then your trainer can be anybody, Mines can't drive for nothing in the world, he is a good person , but not a good trainer. He doesn't know his left from right . Plus he got a ticket in my first week of training. Then the dm is kinda off track . They sent us to New jersey. Just to tell us why are you in jersey the loads supposed to going to new jersey. They pay is not good for anybody. I'm on my way out. This is not the company for people who like to get paid and exactly know how to drive and want to put the miles in. Then for flatbed you start off making .27 cents a mile putting in average 2500 miles or more in otr.
