Pros

Greetings.., My tenured at Western Express began Jan 2024. Throughout my stationary period with the company, I’ve had the honor and privilege to work with agent Ken Brooks. Ken and myself have not always witnessed or observed the same portrait at times. However, like every relationship, there will be disagreements. Nonetheless, Ken has served as the head-coach and myself the point-guard. Similar to many coaches and athlete duo. Ken is knowledgeable, reliable and sharp thinking, as his intuitive nature pours success. He not only wants you to thrive and be successful, he is position-less in one’s ability to be successful. This is accomplished by providing routes, formative feedback and suggestions to maximize your time and money. Despite his motion for team and honors. He is easy to communicate and has often replied to questions while on his break. Not everyone has that property trait, particular quality, skill, or attribute. Through my lens, Ken has put his best foot forward and continues aid, guidance and do what is best for the individual (myself).

Cons

If I needed to add a con, it would be better transparency. Nonetheless, Ken has shown, he is willing and able to build on this con. He has strengthen his communicational traits.
