Thank you very much for your honest feedback. You are right in that as a culture we work together and don't expect one person to work harder than others. It is that team environment that makes us who we are. Thank you for your comments on travel and vacation time. There certainly are some roles where travel is expected and we try to be very up front with that in the recruitment process. We continue to look at our vacation structure and strengthen it where needed.
