Micro management - Driver Western Paper Distributors Employee Review

I was not paid what I was told per hour. Which by the way is very low for what you do. Manager has no idea what's going on without help from another employee. Things run free and clear with no problems when management is not there. When I got hired I was told that as long as the route got done it didn't really matter if I went in a 7 or 730 or 8. which had been done today I get fired because I didn't get to santa fe one day two weeks ago by 830 due to heavy traffic. And of coarse it wasn't until after I ran the days route. Manager also failed to even listen to me. Long story short don't plan on making this company home they have an extremely high turn around
