I'm sorry to hear that Western Paper was not a good fit for you. I gather from your review that you enjoyed the people you work with, that you have faith in the company, and that you and your manager have different styles. I would agree that the people at Western Paper are great, and that the company is healthy and continues to grow. I would also agree that it is important to validate the relationship with your supervisor, and to make sure it is one that you can be comfortable with. I'm sure we have all known people that have difficulty working with their manager, while others really enjoy that experience and their relationship with that supervisor.
