Pros

Pay and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Always reorganizing. Efforts and initiatives can never really gain traction to achieve results. Outsourcing more and more, which also gives illusion of saving money. However, talent acquisition in other countries for certain skill sets is difficult and means hiring people who need significant training to get to baseline.

Pros

A company with an inspiring mission that is beginning to transform, an executive team that has gotten much better with recent departures, the opportunity to make a difference every day

Cons

In Denver, there are a lot of negative employees

Pros

Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

Cons

Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
