      WU offers terrific benefits and perks, with a fun and thoughtful company culture. They are obsessed with taking care of their people. It’s nice to work for a company that strives to support employee-centered changes, diversity and is always looking for new ways to engage its employees.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational layoffs. Bureaucracy, micro management, poor communication that slows down decisions. Unrealistic quotas and limited career advancement.
