Trapped in a bubble - Anonymous employee Western Washington University Employee Review

Higher ed really isn't my gig. WWU feels like it's trapped in a bubble, - lots of people who come & don't want to leave Bellingham. The university touts its excellence & quality but they feel very old school & stagnant. Everything is pretty good there, which actually feels like part of the challenge.
