Business Outlook
Pros
Western is a great academic institution that is clearly focused on developing its students. There is a very strong sense of community, much more so than at other universities I have been a part of. It is a great place to work, and a great place to live because it is located in one the most beautiful parts of the country.
Cons
There are some longtime employees who can be negative. Not matter what is done for them they are not happy. Bellingham could be more progressive.
