Pros
Great professional experience for those students able to work in an office setting. Standard promotions are usually provided, and the opportunities to learn from superiors and client interactions are vast and helpful. Usually very great flexibility for students with schedules, etc.
Cons
Is rather limited on the ability to work on creative solutions to problems. Usually expected that standard solutions are those that are provided. A little bit of the culture of "throw it over the wall".
