Lack of Administrative Guidance - Professor Western Washington University Employee Review

There is currently almost no HR department, which is symptomatic of large-scale administrative chaos. Admin is a shell. Faculty and staff have to do their jobs, plus run the university, because administrators generally won’t step up, are incompetent, or quit and are never replaced. There’s a terrible pattern of bullying among faculty (faculty to faculty). Great place to be a student; terrible place to work.
