Pros

Pay and benefits were the only pros. Some peers were nice, others were tenured and only there because they were liked by someone up the latter.

Cons

Ultra conservative company stuck in the racist, sexist, old dinosaur times. The CEO is a Trump loving corporate bigot. Heavily understaffed. If youre from a minority group, or simply not likeable by management and “their club”; then you will have a very hard time at this company. They fire people that have a personal social media presence outside their extreme right winged views. They will deny any wrongdoing and dont have a clue on how to retain younger generation employees.

Pros

Located downtown, so very walkable. Optional pet insurance benefit is nice. They don't do layoffs, so very stable company to work for. An OK place to work at as a first job out of college. Provided daily lunch is sometimes really good.

Cons

The building has a roach infestation and they are spotted several times a month. Management tends to play favorites. One manager has been reported to HR multiple times by multiple people across many years for being too aggressive to the point several employees have had mental breakdowns, yet still retains their position. Dress code is business professional despite most never interacting with customers. No work from home at all. Company claims to be secular but very clearly has a Christian lean around Christmas time. Yearly raises do not keep up with inflation. Employees are told they are not to discuss their wages with each other, likely due to pay discrepancies between employees in the same roles.
