Pros

Great place to start, base salary, book of clients, good initial training, lots of joint selling with no commission split, good recognition, low performance requirements, awesome commission rates

Cons

Micromanaged, too many unqualified hires, poor products, captive, way too many layers of management.....very slow compared to the industry.

Pros

Incredible training. Took me from no knowledge in the industry to being totally prepared quickly.

Cons

Stressful work environment depending on the manager.

Pros

Local office was fantastic. The head of the local agency was a fantastic leader, one of the best I have had. The training program was very hands on. In terms of starting a financial practice with a firm, they have some of the best compensation, with a very strong base.

Cons

HR department is more like police on a different team than on your team. Always seemingly trying to make life harder for reps. Unlike anything I have ever dealt with.
