Pros
Western and Southern Life is a financially strong and conservative company. It is well recognized as a strong diversified financial services company, and its growth in non-core businesses over the past 10 years has made it a much more dynamic enterprise to work for. There are many opportunities for younger professionals to develop management and leadership skills. That being said, its very conservative culture also holds it back from being better able to adapt and innovate in a changing marketplace.
