Senior managers are micro managing to the extreme. This is a commissioned job....not an hourly or salary based job so stop trying to control every minute of an agents time. Alot of cold calling to people who have been nagged before by previous abundance of agents since the cycle of new hires is so extreme, in other words a turn style.
