Pros
Solid company financially Good ratings with Standard & Poors
Cons
No recognition, no compensation for time since they are now requiring that you be in the office at certain a time. A lot of wear and tear on your car, time away from family and friends due to working upwards of 70 hours a week. 100% commission which can leave you in a hole with very little consistency in pay. Huge turm over ratio, frequent changes in management, lack of communication and low professionalism. I would not recommend working there its a waste of time and YOUR money. Throughout my years with the company 20 people quit and management changed 4 times. Do be sold on the "You can make six figure speech and your income is umlimited." They dont tell you underwritng can take up to four months and budgets are tight, books of business have been worked over pretty good. I worked very hard followed the systems and standard practices and still only made $30,000. By the time I paid for gas, postage, events and leads I was left with $15,000 to live on. ITS JUST NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.
