Westmor will always be considered an essential business because of its contribution to agriculture and the transportation industry. Most of the people at Westmor are very friendly and helpful. Westmor is small enough where everyone knows everyone else but big enough to have diverse viewpoints that are often needed in building custom trucks and trailers. The upper level people at Westmor are very intelligent and good at what they do.

Paid time off is combined for personal time and sick time. Pay is fairly low compared to the surrounding area. There is nothing to do in Morris and the closest real town is 45 minutes away. Westmor is owned by Superior industries. Superior has a history of putting people in jobs that they aren't ready for and this can create a mess for everyone else. Superior also gives incompetent employees way too many second chances.
