Pros
Stable, competitive salary and benefits. Can make a good living without ever really trying hard.
Cons
Currently only one division is keep company with cash. Very concerned company will hold on to wood products division until every last tree is mortgaged and all other divisions sold off. Not sure management team has the skills to order a combination pizza much less run a company in a recession.
