Pros
Starting with the CEO and then the move to Seattle, the culture is changing in a good way. The company is starting to recognize the need and advantage of getting up to speed on technology improvements across the business.
Cons
Still long way to go in terms of technology. For instance there is no CRM. For a corporation of this size, and with the amount of revenue it is always a surprise for someone to hear that.
