Pros
Pros are highly dependent on where you work within the company. Culture changes by division and location. People, including leadership, are hard workers and care about their people.
Cons
My biggest complaint has always been work-life balance. Expected to work weekends and holidays. In manufacturing, I am not sure how you could change that.
