      Plenty of work to be done, never boring Decent benefits & compensation

      Cons

      No accountability to help get the work done, they will work you to death with no support Toxic culture fostered by middle management, favoritism Most of the good talent has left - supposed campaign to improve retention announced a year or two ago has done nothing (propaganda)
