Cons
New CEO has quickly changed the R&D culture from innovation to bean counting. Short term view makes me question the long term existence of R&D. Corp is moving to Seattle, divorcing any connection with the existing community. Middle management has difficulty in planning and communicating the future. Specific business focus means no one has an eye on "outside the box" opportunities that cross business lines. What used to be a culture of constantly developing innovative products has digressing into the maintenance of commodity products. Good for short term, not so much for long term . . .
