      Weyerhaeuser management really seems to care about their employees. Their concern for safety is second to none.

      Cons

      The Wood Products industry has struggled through the recession. Weyerhaeuser has been in a state of constant cost reductions. There hasn't been a lot of opportunity for career growth in the company in recent years.
