Pros
Employees in corporate and manufacturing are some of the brightest and dedicated people I've ever known. The people are very friendly and genuinely care about you and your safety. Pay is reasonable for some and really great for upper management with a bonus structure that really pays out well at top levels.
Cons
A lot has changed at Weyerhaeuser - the size of the company has decreased significantly and promises to get even smaller as it unloads the CF business. The location of the corporate HQ is physically moving to Seattle from Federal Way and the culture has been in a constant state of flux for years. I guess none of these things in and of themselves are bad and some of the changes may end up being really great for the company. But the impact of constant change has been challenging and it seems like people are exhausted trying to keep up with all of it.
