Pros

I learned to have a lot of patience and improved my people skills. It allowed me to learn to work under pressure and use stress as fuel to help me be more efficient.

Cons

I wokred long hours, usually my shift was 5 hours but it would always extend at least 2 more hours. My longest shift being 16 hours as a 17 year old.

Pros

At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

Cons

Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
