      pay is better than other fast food, and discount was nice even it was only 50%off

      Cons

      Always busy, hours are long and you will always stay extra. Managers have poor communication and cant schedule well.

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
