      Teamwork, Pace, Patience. At this workplace, one benefits from rush hour because it makes everyone work together in a team.

      Cons

      Stress, Unfairness. It depends on the location but they should stop giving team leader roles to young individuals that are still in high school. It causes favoritism and resentment.

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
