Pros
A company with ethics and morals- actually operating on them, a breath of fresh air in the corporate world. Whataburger is growing quickly, a great opportunity for success.
Cons
Slow to promote is really the only downside to the operation. Compensation and benefits are good, again, the opportunity to grow exists- it just happens very slowly. Position titles/promotions can take upwards of 5-7 years.
