Pros
Most of the time, they had me work as a cashier for the drive-thru or front of house, but it was easy enough to move around and work the grill or assemble sandwiches. The pay is decent, and I highly recommend working the graveyard shift, since you'll have a lot of free time and don't have to be in such a rush (and they pay a little extra).
Cons
I only worked at a San Antonio location for a total of six months, and I was only a basic team member, so I never had any trouble. The only con I would mention is having to keep my face clean-shaven -- my manager wouldn't even allow stubble.
