Pros
Flexible hours, if in need of all forty hours or just twenty the hours are always there. The twenty four hour restaurant allows for one to pick what shifts to work. Get paid every week
Cons
Customers on occasion are disrespectful. Most of the time one has to stay extra hours due to other coworkers not being reliable.
