      Easy to promote, a lot of hours.

      Cons

      The company has taken a large downward spiral since Chicago took over the company, They are trying to save money left and right by reducing the product that we have on the menu to the quality of product we receive and who delivers it.

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
