      Pros

      Whataburger can be a very good place to work, good benifit's. Such has 401k profit sharing. 50% off, for two meal's every 24 hour's. Good people to be around with.

      Cons

      Some manager's at Whataburger, may be nice other's are t strict. It is not bad to be strict, but many employee's feel very uncomftable with it. Often feel has if they can't complete their work anymore.

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
