Pros
Give you the pay rate that you ask for, some customers are super awesome, lots of room to grow if you work hard and learn fast (offered promotion after working there for just a few months), super flexible hours whether you want to work extremely few hours or almost overtime, free drinks
Cons
50% off is cool, but really costly to your health. The only "healthy" option is salad which is literally just iceberg lettuce with a chicken filet thrown on. There are a lot of restrictions on discounts Unless you're offered a promotion, the only raise you get is by $0.15-$0.25 every six months or $0.35-$0.50 every year. It takes "1-3 months" before the raise gets added but it usually doesn't until the very end of the 3rd month. Often stay an hour or longer past the end of your shift... even if it's a weekday and you're in high school and your shift doesn't end until 11... While the coworkers are fun, most are extremely lazy Management sucks and plays favorites
