      here you get pay increases every 6 months and they are quick to tell you how well of a job you are doing

      Cons

      the only one i have seen is if you made a error in your past that shows up on your record they wont even think about letting you get a promotion. personnally i dont think thats very fair

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
