Pros
Working at Whataburger, you can quickly learn how to be the best in customer service. Since it's a 24 hour business, you won't be hard pressed for hours, and as long as the starting pay is good, you won't mind the evaluations for raises every 6 months or so. Also, opportunities for advancement after 3-6 months in each position as long as you show proficiency.
Cons
The customers are obnoxious more times than they aren't, and are easily mislead by pictures on the menus more so than the menus themselves. The attitudes from the top down tell us you're more than a team, you're a family member, but rarely treat you as such. The starting pay is usually bare minimum if you haven't already worked for Whataburger before, and the level of service expected of everyone supersedes the compensation.
