Pros

Family-oriented. Wonderful benefits. Positive atmosphere. Career counseling. Expectations are clearly communicated, tracked, and measured against goals every quarter. Quarterly bonuses are a nice perk based on direct feedback from manager. It's hard to mess up here... if you're a hard worker who likes to get things done, you can go pretty far. Two weeks of vacation as soon as you join (other places don't have any pre-loaded vacation, so that's pretty sweet). Accrue sick time at about 2.5 weeks per year.

Cons

Only thing... no real established maternity leave. They make up for it by allowing you to accrue a no-limit sick time and use that in its place. If you have vacation time and sick time, you can quickly cover the lack of maternity leave, but it's not as established as other companies.

Pros

At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

Cons

Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
